3. Purpose, legal basis, storage period and data recipient

We process your personal data, as far as necessary, for the duration of the current staffing mandate or the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) and beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations, which result, among other things, from the German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as the German Fiscal Code (AO), as well as until the termination of any legal dispute in connection with the Equal Treatment Act.
